Cancelling orders

If you would like to cancel your order, you have 14 days once you have received it to ensure I am notified of this in writing. This period starts from the date the parcel has been signed for. If multiple parcels have been sent, this date starts from the last parcel to arrive.

You then have a further 14 days to return it once you have notified me.

I require items to be returned new, unused, unworn condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons I do not accept cancellations on knickers or other intimate garments that have already been shipped.

I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back in this condition.

Naturally I would like all my customers to be entirely happy with their purchases. Even after the 14 day cancellation period is over, in the event of a manufacturing fault, items being unfit for purpose, or items not being what you asked for, I hope to resolve the issue by exchange or refund if necessary.

Before buying please consider that you are buying a handmade item rather than a factory made item. While I quality check everything that I send out for faults, handmade items may have tiny imperfections that you don’t find in factory made goods.

I only refund the price of the item and not shipping costs, transactional charges such as PayPal, custom duties or additional charges by your local tax office.

The customer must bear the cost of returning goods for refund, cancellation or exchange.

I require proof of postage, and recommend that returns are sent by courier, or else tracked and signed for with a registered service, as you are liable for any loss or damages to the items while they are in transit.

If you fail to clear your item with local customs and pay relevant duties, the item will be returned to me. I will then issue a refund of your order, excluding shipping cost and any associated duties or charges to me.

I will not make refunds to third parties.

Custom orders will always require a 50% non–refundable, upfront deposit of the final making cost.

This covers sourcing materials, sampling, cutting patterns, consultation and production of the final item(s). If the order is cancelled before completion, this fee will be retained.

Custom orders that have been completed cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancelling Custom Orders

I make most items to order and therefore do not hold much stock. So although I do exchange items where possible, I may have to create something new from scratch, which can take time.

If you would like to exchange an item for something in my Ready to Ship section please email me to discuss.

For hygiene reasons I do not accept exchanges on knickers or other intimate garments.

Exchanges are not possible on Custom Orders.

Exchange items will not be posted until I have received the original purchase back in new, unused, unworn condition, and in original packaging.

Repairs & replacements

If you think there is a fault with your item please email me with a photo of the problem so we can come to a suitable solution.

If I agree to replace your item please be aware that as I do not hold much stock I may have to make it from scratch which could take the same amount of time as ordering a new one.

Where the customer accepts responsibility for damage and seeks to have it repaired, please first email a photo of the damage for assessment. Where viable, repairs start at £15.

Please refer to the Caring for your Product section for how to look after your item.

I cannot accept responsibility for items having been incorrectly worn/cleaned/stored etc.
