Placing an order
You can place an order or purchase a ready to ship item through my website, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about a custom order.
You can also order select pieces through my Etsy shop.
How do I pay? Is my payment secure?
For online payments through my website I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Alternatively you may use PayPal, another popular and secure payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. You will be transferred to the PayPal site to process your transaction.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when ordering through PayPal, as I have to ship to the address entered at the time the order is placed.
How long will my piece take to be made?
I make everything by hand, to order. Some pieces take longer than others due to the complexity of the garment.
For beaded playsuits and headpieces expect a minimum 16 weeks for the order to be made.
My current turnaround for other items is 4 – 10 weeks. This may change from time to time.

If you are hoping to have your item sooner, please visit my Ready to Ship page or consider making a rush order.
If you would like to receive your item for a date before the end of the stated wait time please email me email@example.com to discuss.
Though it may not always be possible, I will always try to help if you have a deadline.
Sometimes there will be an extra labour cost dependent on the scale of the purchase, and how the desired turnaround fits with my schedule.
Custom orders and bespoke
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about custom orders, sizing or changes to existing designs e.g. colourway.
Depending on the complexity of the request, extra charges may apply.
Custom orders are subject to a 50% non- refundable deposit to cover the initial sourcing of materials, sampling, cutting patterns, consultation, production and shipping. The remainder must be paid before shipping.
It is your responsibility to provide me with accurate, up to date measurements so that your item is sized correctly. I cannot take responsibility for items which do not fit due to incorrect measurements.
Custom orders that have been completed cannot be refunded or exchanged.
